No warranty or immediate information changes for all product types.

Wrong password warranty applies for a maximum of 24 hours (does not include cases where you changed the password yourself).

We only support warranty for account issues within 24 hours from the time of order. Warranty only covers accounts that are dead at the time of purchase (check UID immediately after purchase).

First login failure due to wrong UID, wrong password, or wrong 2FA code — contact us for 1:1 warranty or refund.

For Clone Die ADS: log the IP for a few days then change everything for safety.

Clone or Via accounts need to be nurtured on your device — the longer the better.

The system will automatically delete orders after 12 hours. Please back up your data proactively.
